Lowertown Lofts Co-op video artist and curator William G. Franklin is participating in the first edition of Mears Park Muse, a celebration featuring light and art installations by different Lowertown artists. A free community event on Friday Sept. 25 & Saturday 26, 8 - 11 PM.
